How to initiate a retail transaction

Step 1

Review the requirement check list based on the size of the investment and make sure all information is assembled

  • DLL credit application fully completed in all sections and signed by customer/write in TAX ID #
  • Each owner needs to sign an individual application and complete the Principle/Owner section
  • Each owner needs to provide their email address
  • DLL credit application fully completed in all sections and signed by customer
  • Provide Audited or Reviewed Financial Statements OR Last 2 years Corporate Tax Returns
  • Provide YTD Interim Statements (internally prepared are acceptable).
  • Over $500K DLL Canada would like a customer overview from Skyjack. We would like a story of the customers history, their standing with Skyjack and Skyjacks projections for future business with this customer
  • DLL credit application fully completed in all sections and signed by the customer
  • Each owner needs to sign an individual application and complete the Principle/Owner section offering their Personal Guarantee
  • Each owner needs to provide their email address
  • Provide 2 Yrs Personal Tax Returns for each owner
  • Provide Wealth Statement for each owner
  • Provide Business Projections and Cashflow Forecasts
  • Provide History of owners in the industry; personal resumes; Linkedin Profiles

Step 2

Determine the customer’s Term Rate for:

  • New application
  • Existing customer over 6 months in system
  • Applying for Line of Credit
